Repair

In the event of a repair, please download and follow the instructions of the repair form to enable a faster repair.

Before returning the item, please send the repair form to the specified email address as well as the original Weigl GmbH & Co KG invoice. Additionally, the freight documents of your purchase are necessary for returning products.

If you did not buy the device directly from us, please contact your vendor for your repair.

Please note that a processing fee of 100 euros must be paid for each device which is send back for repair, regardless of whether the device can be repaired or not. The costs and risks of the return shall be paid by you. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.
